EmpCenter Upgrade September 2nd - EmpCenter Unavailable All Day
EmpCenter will be down starting at 5am on Tuesday, September 2nd for a planned upgrade. It is expected to be down for the entire day.
There will be no access to EmpCenter during the upgrade. Any reports that are scheduled to run during the down time will not process – you will need to run them manually once EmpCenter is back up. However, data terminals (physical time clocks) will still accept swipes and will send the data to EmpCenter once it returns to service.
What does this mean for you?
For all salaried policy profiles, timesheets for the August 1-August 31 pay period must be submitted by the end of day on September 4th. We will not be extending the deadline.
Employees can either submit their timesheets on the last day worked for the August pay period or submit the timesheets when EmpCenter is available again on Wednesday, September 3rd.
For clocking policy profiles employees (Classified Salaried Non-exempt and Classified Hourly), you will have to manually enter their time for Tuesday, September 2nd once EmpCenter is available.

For all non-clocking policy profiles employees, you will be able to enter time as normal for Tuesday, September 2nd once EmpCenter is available again on Wednesday, September 3rd.
Supervisors will still have until the end of the day on September 6th to approve timesheets for the August pay period for their salaried employees.
