For all employees, you can view the number of hours you have available in all time off banks you are eligible for on the tab at the bottom of your timesheet.  (Reminder: to access your timesheet, click on Enter My Hours from the employee dashboard.)

Classified Employees

Click on the Leave Balances tab to see your leave banks:

To see usage and accrual details for the leave bank, click on Show Details:

Unclassified Employees

Grad Students

Click on the Sick Leave tab to see your leave banks:

Note: you will see the Oregon Sick Leave bank on this tab, but you will only accrue Oregon Sick leave if you also have a student job.
