Why is there a warning on my time off request?

Time off requests are tied to a job or assignment, not a person. If you request time off for a future date then change positions before that date, EmpCenter will add a warning to the request suggesting you cancel the request and resubmit it:

You will need to resubmit your time off request to your new supervisor for approval.
