EmpCenter 16.2 Upgrade - Completed March 26, 2017
EmpCenter 16.2 has a few new features and an updated look and feel. Below are the highlights of the changes to the system.
All Employees
1. Updated look throughout the system.
Dashboard - Employee


Timesheet (all employees)

Dashboard - Supervisor

Note: Time Off Requests and Time Sheet Submission boxes are not shown in the above picture of the supervisor dashboard, but are still features on the dashboard.
2. Hours listed on the Time Off Request page.
The list of time off requests now includes columns for the number of hours requested and leave case (if applicable):

3. Report Options.
If an output option is not available for the selected report, the radio button next to the option will be grayed out:

Clocking Employees
1. WebClock In/Out options.
The Out clock button is now below the In Clock button:

2. Multiple timesheet selection on physical time clocks.
For newer clocks (pictured below), all assignments an employee has are now listed on the first page of the time clock when swiping in or out. You will still use the function keys (F5 and F7) to move up or down the list:

3. Faster processing of physical time clock swipes
With the updated clock software, swipes from physical time clocks will be sent to timesheets within a few seconds instead of the up to 10 minutes it can take with the current version.
Supervisors/Business Centers
1. Exceptions on the dashboard.
There is a new box on the supervisor/business center dashboard that lists current exceptions on the employee timesheets:

2. Multiple timesheet approval (supervisor only).
You can approve multiple timesheets for an employee without having to save between approvals:

5. New Email and Messaging Report.
You can run a report to see all emails sent from EmpCenter to your employees. The report includes the email address, the date and time sent, and the email message:

The path to the report is EmpCenter Administrator Reports>System Reports>Email and Messaging.
