Please note, closure leave - or any leave usage - is not required for 1/16/24 only. For employees that enter work time on the timesheet, please enter your normal work hours using work in/out (classified salaried non-exempt, classified hourly), regular hours (classified salaried exempt), or worked hours (unclassified hourly) then enter "paid closure day" in the comments. This process is similar to the instructions for university closed after your shift started found in the inclement weather FAQ.

Supervisors, if the essential time entered is appropriate, you will need to acknowledge Essential Time.
